How should I care for my crackling wooden wick?
Before each lighting, trim the charred portion of the wooden wick to approximately 4mm. Allow the wax pool to melt completely across the edges during the first burn (usually 2–3 hours) to prevent tunneling.
How does custom hamper dispatch work?
Each bespoke hamper is assembled by hand, wrapped in custom tissue, and finished with a hot-stamped gold wax seal. Standard curations ship within 24–48 hours in luxury protective boxes.
Can I repurpose the luxury vessels?
Yes, our heavy stoneware, obsidian, and travertine containers are heirloom objects. Once 1cm of wax remains, gently soften with warm water to clean and repurpose as tea caddies, pen vessels, or botanical planters.
